Shelia Casselberry
President
Shelia began her career in 1977 working for the family office supply company in Baton Rouge. She worked in several areas of the business and eventually became manager of the printing division giving her expertise in printing and marketing. She later moved to the sales division where she remained when the company was sold to Corporate Express in 1995, and she continued in sales receiving recognition for her salesmanship. After retiring from this position she opened a restaurant in downtown Baton Rouge where she managed and ran the operations for three (3) years expanding her knowledge of operating a business. After selling the restaurant she helped acquire clients for the family lawn business, Corporate Green, LLC. With a move to Florida she obtained her real estate license and continues in real estate sales. In 2011 she brings her wide range of expertise to Corporate Green, LLC taking on her role as Team Leader/President/Owner. Her years of training in Quality, Client Service, & Sales as well as her leadership skills are valuable assets to relations with Clients, Vendors and Team Members. She works together with her husband, Chris, and sons, Chris Jr, Adam, Charlie and Tommy to create their image of the ultimate landscape management company. Shelia takes great pride in her work and is committed to her role in helping to ensure that Corporate Green, LLC is providing the highest levels of Service, Quality & Expertise to all clients.

Chris Casselberry, Sr.
C.F.O.
Mr. Chris Casselberry, Sr received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. He began his career in 1967 working for the family office supply company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he eventually worked his way through all phases of the company to become President/C.E.O. When the company was sold to Corporate Express in 1995 he continued to work with them as Regional President/C.F.O for Six (6) years. In this position he was responsible for a major distribution hub and 15 branches in 3 states with over 40 million in revenue. After retiring from this position he acquired a contractor’s license and started the company Corporate One Source, LLC that included lawn maintenance and landscaping. After Two (2) years he merged with another lawn company and changed the name to what is now Corporate Green, LLC which now services southern Louisiana. He manages all financial and administrative matters of the company. He has Twenty-five (25) years experience in supervisor/management positions, Eight (8) years experience of tree care, landscape, lawn maintenance, irrigation and chemical applications.
Adam Casselberry
Vice-President, Maintenance
Mr. Adam Casselberry worked with the family business along with his father, first in the office supply company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the sales division where he obtained high recognition for his sales accomplishments. He joined his father in starting the lawn and maintenance company, using his sales skills he helped acquire clients for the family business which is now Corporate Green, LLC. He attended Southeastern University in Hammond, Louisiana and has also attended numerous seminars and classes pertaining to the Lawn Maintenance industry. In 2002 he received his Louisiana Arborist License. He manages the lawn maintenance services, and tree pruning and trimming division. He has many years experience in supervisor/management positions, Seven (7) years experience in the landscape, lawn maintenance, and chemical applications overseeing 50 employees and hundreds of accounts.
Chris Casselberry, Jr.
Vice-President, Landscaping
Mr. Chris Casselberry, Jr also worked with the family business along with his father and brother, first in the office supply company in the purchasing/management division where he performed many tasks. He also helped in starting the lawn and maintenance company, Corporate Green, LLC using his management skills. He attended Louisiana State University and ITI Technical College. He has an Electrical License, Mechanical License and a Landscape Construction License. His responsibilities have included the coordination of all work, schedules and billing between owner, architect and general contractor, and oversight of all subcontractors and compliance for the Landscape and Irrigation Divisions.
Charlie Casselberry
Cheif Visionary Officer
Charlie Casselberry holds a B.S. in Finance and has been with Corporate Green since 2004. He develops the company’s marketing and growth strategies. Charlie works toward making all services provided affordable and easily accessible to our clients.

Josh Guitreau
Termite and Pest Control License Holder
Josh joined the Corporate Green family in 2009 bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge with him. He is a lifetime resident of Louisiana, married with one daughter. Josh has been in the pest industry for over 20 years working for his grandpa during the summers while in school. Eventually, Josh took over the family business, Sharon's Pest Control, in which he doubled the size in seven years after acquiring ownership. His experience includes hotels, apartments, medical facilities, automobile dealerships, government buildings, and many more commercial and residential properties.
Clyde Casselberry
Operational Branch Manager of Slidell
Mr. Clyde Casselberry is a retired USAR Officer and former media executive. Mr. Casselberry services corporate, industrial, local, state, and federal properties for lawn care, landscaping and management. Mr. Casselberry resides in Washington Parish and has been part of Corporate Green since March of 2008.
Oscar Caballero
Account Manager
Prior to joining Corporate Green, Mr. Oscar Caballero owned his own lawn service and landscaping company (Oscar’s Lawn Service) for 10 years. Mr. Caballero has experience not only in lawn care but all aspects of landscaping including installation, maintenance and management. Mr. Caballero resides in Metairie and is familiar with all areas of Jefferson Parish.
Neil Romaine
Account Manager
Neil has graduated from LSU in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies. He has worked as a project estimator for No Fault Industry for 2 years and has 15 years of Lawn Maintenance experience. Neil currently lives in Baton Rouge with his wife Rachael and three boys.
Joel Bridwell
Account Manager
Joel Bridwell has been involved for the last 12 years with all aspects of landscape architecture design, construction and maintenance throughout the South, nationally as well as internationally. Joel holds a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning, and has taught college-level Landscape Architecture classes for two years.
Andrew Casselberry
Account Manager
Andrew Casselberry joined Corporate Green in 2004 working part-time on a maintenance crew. He became full-time in 2008 when he became an Irrigation Technician. He currently serves as an Account Manager. Andrew has a multitude of landscaping and lawn maintenance skills which he brings to the table for his clients.
David Sanders
Account Manager
Mr. David Sanders has been with Corporate Green, LLC since October 19, 2002. Mr. Sanders has over 19 years experience in the Chemical, Detail, and Maintenance divisions and has been supervising for over 25 years. Before the Landscape and Maintenance industry he served duty in the United States Navy for 4 years as a secretary for an admiral.
Jesus “ChuCho” Becerra
Landscape Project Manager
Mr. “Chucho” Becerra has been with Corporate Green, LLC since March, 2003. Mr. Becerra has specialized his landscaping skills with Corporate Green, LLC and continued his education with Louisiana Technical College by receiving a certificate of completion for a Management training course. Prior to working with Corporate Green, LLC he worked in the hotel industry for several years.
Carlos Arvelo
Operational Manager of Mowing Maintenance
Mr. Carlos Arvelo started his career in the Landscape and Maintenance industry with Corporate Green, LLC in March, 2003. Before beginning his career in the landscape and lawn care industry Mr. Arvelo spent his time attending college to be a computer technician.
Bernie Hampton
Landscape Development/Lead Designer
Mr. Bernie Hampton has been in the landscaping field for 11 years. He graduated from LSU, with a Bachelors in Landscape Architecture and currently focuses his efforts on both Residential and Commercial projects. At Corporate Green, Mr. Hampton is daily involved in landscape design, construction, and maintenance.
Don Hart
Landscape/Pool Designer
Don Hart has been a Landscape and Pool designer for Corporate Green for one year. He is a licensed Horticulturist with over 35 years of experience. He is working with Corporate Green to design the top outdoor living space for your home.
Heather Casselberry
Sales Representative
Heather K. Casselberry earned Bachelor of Marketing degree for Southeastern Louisiana University. After graduating, she started working for Corporate Green, LLC in July 2007 as a sales representative for commercial, residential and industrial properties.
Fran Stein
Sales Representative
Fran joined the Corporate Green family in February 2006. Always an avid gardener, this was a perfect match. Fran loves flowers, plants and trees and designing landscape is her favorite part of the job. Given to detail and great concern to satisfy her customers, Fran takes lots of pictures, listens to what you want and plans her jobs carefully so that you will have a more successful garden or lawn. She has been in outside sales since 1972. With the addition of Christmas lighting Fran is excited to decorate for your Christmas pleasure.
Lindsey Casselberry
Sales Representative
Mrs. Lindsey Casselberry has joined Corporate Green in June 2011. She is currently attending college at BRCC majoring in education. Lindsey loves to teach all of her customers how to keep a healthy and beautiful lawn.
John Kemp
Sales Representative
John Kemp has 26 years of sales experience with Nestle and French Market Coffee, primary focus on customer service and satisfaction. He attended Southeastern Louisiana University. He enjoys working in his own yard and is an avid LSU fan. John is married with two children.
